Profile
"Four seasons have passed for us to meet on this day."
Wind Dragon has fought on even from humble beginnings as the project of a team of inexperienced researchers. Though half-complete and ridden with malfunctioning sensors, she reached out to make her life beautiful; when struck down by a Maverick, her life began anew in the Repliforce. Now she serves as a loyal defender and fighter. Calm and laidback, little can stop Wind from focusing on what she must do: protect the innocents at all cost. She is kind even to enemies, and is prone to wandering, exploring; she loves nature and to an extent fights to protect that as well. The simple things in life are the most important to her -- simple trust, simple friendship. Wind Dragon is an avid learner in and out of combat, studying what others do so she can improve herself. She mainly uses, as her name suggests, powerful blasts of hurricane-level wind guided with plasma, augmenting her prowess in martial arts with it to reinforce it further. She is capable of throwing and manipulating heavy objects with her elements. On the downside, her armor is thin and easily punctured.

Background
On December 15th, 2207, a team of aspiring roboticists as part of a research time affiliated with a Hawaiian university finally, after half a year of trial and error, finished their first and only project. Wind Dragon, as she was called, wasn't really 'finished'; rather, funding was so short that she was about two-thirds there. Still, her body was frail -- with sensors that frequently malfunctioned. She was intended to have a strong wind generator installed, but lack of money prevented this.
Still, she was allowed to choose for herself what she would do, as her creators were sympathetic to how they handled things. She focused on getting used to the intermediate pain she experienced and quickly began to wander around past the hangar she was born in. Wind made friends with people in the small college town, experimenting with ideas and desires.
She came across a martial arts studio one day -- deciding that it would help her focus away from her condition and strengthen her bond, she began to be taught by a teacher who never really knew about the spirit of reploids. Their bond was slow to make but strong, and she learned quickly. Between belts she explored the numerous islands of Hawaii, sometimes accompanied by her creators, sometimes alone. Nature was a breathtaking sight for her.
After earning a black belt (which she still keeps), Wind was slowly developing her own style of martial arts, mostly with her body in mind. Still afterward, noting the economic plight her creators were in, she was determined to find a good place to earn money. With their consent, the reploid left to the U.S. mainland -- New York, New York. It took some time, but she managed to land a low-paying job in delivery. She did well, though the huge metropolis was unlike anything she saw before, and it took time for her to become used to the new atmosphere. Between duties she wandered.
An incident changed her life, starting as an everyday assignment to send a package in Manhattan. A robbery resulted in a scuffle between Mavericks and Repliforce. Deciding quickly, Wind stayed out of the fight but instead helped to defend the people who were being evacuated. Unfortunately, she met by being impaled by the claws of a huge Mavericks and torn apart. By then, news reached where the doctor still in contact with her was -- Wind Dragon was by then in Repliforce custody, if only to keep her stabilized. The blueprints were relinquished. With this, the organization was able to rebuild and retool Wind; including installing the wind generator. Now feeling more complete, and full of admiration and gratitude, Wind decided to sign up as soon as she could stand up again. She went through training, where she was shown capable, and has then dedicated herself to defending the world.
