Character Data
Profile
Ifrit is a military marvel of his time. Although starting to become old hat, he is still useful on the field as a long range bombardier and is proud of it. He is also a seasoned fighter from the early days of the Robot Wars, and has old decorations to prove it even if nobody gets to see them to confirm if he is telling the truth or is just blowing hot air. He used to be called the "Demon of the Desert", but its only a label and as time may prove, the accuracy of labels will change. He will do what it may take to complete his mission, and help those that need it as long as it doesn't mean getting hammered into the ground.
Background
Ifrit was constructed in the Repliforce "Project Ifrit" lab with the codename "demon of the desert" on January 8th, 2203. Using the most advanced technology of the time, Ifrit was built to perform long range assault on targets to soften up their defenses so the melee units could go in with less to wory about. His designers also had the foresight to build him to a specification that allowed him to be able to perform acceptably in brief melee situations if he had to as well as easy upgradability with the progression of time. However, he saw no direct melee action, content to hang back and attack from a distance with his various ranged attacks. And even if his aim wasn't sniper level, he could still lay down enough fire to ensure that the enemy was kept off balance at least. As the war went on, his plans and design blueprints became property of the government which made several variations off of him and even "clones" for testing purposes while he himself was regulated to finding and detonating munitions that sat unused in the desert. The variations and copies gradually were dismantled over the next few years, but the government did not destroy the parts as they were deemed backups and could be easily manufactured should Ifrit himself become in need of a replacement part.
As time went by, Ifrit changed hands several times, performing jobs from munitions detonation to demolitions, and even served in smaller conflicts for which his intended purpose was an asset. But he never felt felt at home in anything but a military invironment, taking what missions he could get that paid well during the war. As a combat reploid, the thought of any other use disturbed him. His constant shifting of hands made him disgruntled, often barking at people in his anger and sometimes storming off on his own and getting into trouble for his lack of thinking while angry.
Eventually, he was returned the Repliforce program. Again being utilized for his intended purpose during special or overt operations, he settled down quickly and became content that his talents were finally being properly used instead of being a tool to dig holes or bring down buildings. To this day, he continues to serve in the Repliforce as an Infantry officer, taking his missions as they come and still going off the deep end on the field no thanks to his short temper. But he does his job, and that is all they ask. His nickname as a "demon of the desert" still stands in the obscure tales of some soldiers, even if it isn't serious (or accurate) anymore.
Trivia/Facts
General
- Ifrit may be a few days younger than General, but he does not have the same combat experience and definately not the same level of maturity. In fact, for his amount of time in service, he still acts occasionally stupid and brash like a human teenager rather than the aged veteran that he should be. This is in part due to neural net damage sustained in combat encounters. Despite this, he performs adequately enough.
- He enjoys picking on Gyro Man, calling the Robot Master a "Mutant Copter Boy". He is also a thorn in Gyro Man's side, though the score was eventually offset when both Gyro Man and Wood Man managed to bury Ifrit under half of an apartment building.
- Ifrit hates the cold. Seriously. Even with a Parka he wouldn't want go anywhere near cold places. This is just a way to say he's got a case of Pagophobia, and for good reasons. He's more at home in the Sahara Desert.
- So far Ifrit has only two nicknames. They are Muni, and Ifrit.
- Ifrit LOVES hotdogs and cherry soda, and even pizza. Unfortunately this is more like an obsession than a passion. So much so that if someone had a hotdog in their hand during a combat situation, he is quite likely to go get the hot dog and chew on it, though he is somewhat responsible in the fact that he continues working on the task at hand while he's chowing down. For example, he constructed a crude stun grenade out of an empty hotdog cart, wires, a wrench, and some chemicals and acids all while the Bonne Pirates Servbots were trying to forcefeed him hotdogs one after the other. He had intended to use this unstable rolling weapon to momentarily incompacitate Tron Bonne and her Servbots which would thus slow them down and keep them from stealing an entire amusement park. Unfortunately, Tron and the rest of the Bonnes in the area retreated before he could use it and the park couldn't disarm it safely (neither could he for that matter) so he keeps it in a secure storage space until he can either finally disarm it or actually use it.
- Muni considers the following people his friends: Iris, Magma Dragoon, Riot, Haze Fox, Wind Dragon, Arzt Tiger, and Spiral Pegasus. This is only a partial list however.
- Ifrit is not a fan of the "newfangled" Saraband network. He thinks he needs his anger, whereas users of Saraband just don't get angry (visibly at least).
Battle and Chase
2220
- Jan 2220: Ifrit enters his first Battle And Chase competition. He enters both the car race and the sharpshooting event.
Sharpshooting
- Jan 19 2220: In the first round of the sharpshooting event, Ifrit scores an 11. However, he is outperformed by other competitors and eliminated when the the cut was drawn at twelve. From this, he finished in 12th place. However, after the disqualification of Scarface for his involvement in the Neo-Tokyo disaster, the rankings were updated. The end result is Ifrit being up to 11th place.
Car Race
Entry: Desert Skimmer
- Jan 26th, 2220: Ifrit, in his Desert Skimmer, competes in the first heat of the car race. With a little luck, he secures 9th place and a slot in the finals. It is considered "just barely scraping by" by Ifrit however.
- Jan 28th, 2220: Despite the Neo-Tokyo disaster the night before, the car race continues. Ifrit competes and survives the finals, sharing a 7th place finish with Sara Steele.
2221
- April 2221: The Battle and Chase competition dates are announced. Ifrit enters sharpshooting the car race, the foot race, and the obstacle course race. He was "drafted" into the water race by Shield Shellfish.
Sharpshooting
- May 9th, 2221: In an attempt to perform in the sharpshooting event, Ifrit changes his tactic and reverses the order of his shots. Unfortunately, much like last year he doesn't reach round two, and as if that wasn't enough he was taunted by Billiard Wolf into nearly loosing all control of his temper when he was eliminated. He ends up holding shared five-way tie for 19th place among sharpshooters. Afterward, he was quite depressed.
Foot Race
- May 19th, 2221: The foot race occurrs. Doing reasonably well until Daryn attempted to get even, Ifrit stayed with much of the pack. Due to the aforementioned interference and Planet Man's gravitational field acting as a final hurdle, his finish line positioning is uncertain. He may have gotten 7th place, but the official results are yet to be posted.
- Almost 24 hours later, the official results are posted. The rankings have him in 9th place, rather than 7th like he thought he had. Of course he blames Planet Man's gravitational pull for the entire perceived "folly". And thus he gains another issue to work out in the list of issues he already has.
Obstacle Course
- May 14th, 2221: In an attempt to do better in the obstacle course, ifrit pushes himself very hard. He also meets Fenrir Lunaedge. While naturally freaked out by the ice clinging to the Professor Bot, the wolf displayed disturbing fanboyish affection to the Repliforcer. So disturbing that it unsettled Ifrit until he managed to get the wolf off the field and finish the race. His goal wasn't to get a medal however, it was to make sure at least one of his RF comrades survived to get a medal, and in that he succeeded. As a final measure, he continued on to get 6th place.
Water Race
- May 16th, 2221: Donning a wetsuit despite his wish to stay out of it, Ifrit joined the Water Race with only one purpose: to slow down the other racers so Jet Stingray and Shield Shellfish have a shot at the medals. He had mixed results. In one case he impeded the Robot Masters Bubble Man and Swallow Man enough to stop them from getting a medal. In another, he tried to thward Thetis in a burst of courage over his phobia, but it temporarily injured his hand in the proccess from contact with the Aesir's sub-zero chilled armor.

Notes
- The Plasma Beam Autocannon is a customized dynamic energy cannon modeled after the 25mm cannon that was typically mounted on Infantry Fighting Vehicles of the late 20th and early 21st centuries. Its dynamic nature gives it a wide range of capabilities from firing physical 25mm cannon ammunition to energy projectiles to even elemental attacks. At the same time its energy output has been measured to be a few pegs below Protoman's maximum protobuster power output, but it is still respectable. This is on the scale as the modern Bradley series Infantry Fighting Vehicle. This makes the weapon perfect for anti-tank uses and other heavy assaults. However, its destructiveness is as variable as the level of energy it uses. For example, it is easily capable of disabling a tank (but not destroying it) in one shot but it is not capable of disabling a Ride Armor or Power Armor in one hit, nor most heavily armored reploids. To do so would require multiple hits and would require a higher energy output. This would overheat the cannon.
- A note was attached to his UN file by the roboticist team that built him. It reads simply this: "Unit RFPN-002 comes equipped with basic multi-elemental capabilities, making him a dynamic and adaptable combat unit. We cannot ensure full adaptability of the unit to all the possible situations he may encounter, but we hope he is adaptable to an acceptable number of combat situations that currently exist at the time of his activation."
- The backup "big guns" to the Plasma Beam Autocannon are the Plasma Missile and the Desert Sun. Both offer almost the same level of firepower, but the Desert Sun is a fire based weapon whereas the Plasma Missile is an entirely energy based explosive.
- The defensive subsystems designed into Ifrit's body have been reported as the following: Rapid Blink Drive, Phased Energy Refraction Forcefield. The Blink system isn't hard to understand. The shield system however is almost impossible to see in use except for weapon impacts, in which case the impact area is lit up like a christmas tree. However, the forcefield can be heard in operation as a faint high-pitched whine in melee proximity. Like all forcefields known to exist, its use prevents him from using his weapons as long as it is active.
- Ifrit's primary design was inspired to combat the Robot Masters. While not intended for melee combat, his ranged assaults should be enough to allow actual melee units to finish the job.
- In loose terms, Ifrit is an even match for Bomb Man, and Crash Man. A close enough match for combat to go either way with said Robot Masters with the victor being decided by pure blind chance. It is a gamble then on who will come out on top. In one on one combat though, Ifrit is capable of easily handling opponents of the same nature and scale as Burner Man.
- Ifrit is also an almost equal match in capabilities and firepower with Ego. In their encounters, he has actually defeated Ego only once in one-on-one combat, and it was a very close battle as well. He has had very poor luck since then getting the psychebot away from his combat allies. This is because their chance encounters have always been in groups and they've always had other tagets on their minds or they were too far apart to see eachother.
- Often during combat situations, Ifrit will summon different sub-weapons from his subspace storage pocket when he needs them and dismiss them back to subspace when he is done using them. It also acts as a storage platform for the various ammunition he uses but cannot carry on his person.
- After being refitted, his "basic multi-elemental" capabilities were enhanced. He no longer needs physical ammunition to use weapons like the Desert Sun or the Plasma Arc. The refits allow him to generate those attacks as well as the "wind" elemental Concussive Shockwave and Sandstorm internally with the assistance of more modern technologies. In essense, his dependance on physical ammunition has been decreased to make him more cost-effective. This became an important feature between January and March of 2221, henceforth referred to as "Ragnarok". The damage caused by the force metal bombings in Elysium and Able City along with the massive earthquake damage and the rise of Alexia's zombies had heavily impacted the production centers of the world. Ammunition had to be preserved as much as possible as a result. It went without saying that the increased self-dependancy was an unexpected positive side-effect during this time period.
History
- While in an action to attempt to repel a Maverick raid in Neo-Tokyo by Lumine, Ninetails, and Gigabolt Man-o-War, Ifrit was put down by Ninetails in short order. However, Ninetails could not do so before Ifrit dealt two direct hits for minor damage to the foxoid Reaver and dodging Ninetails' devastatingly powerful primary weapon, the Annihilator Hadoken. As an after effect of the battle, Ifrit can't remember small parts of the combat itself, but remembers enough to know he had his metal rear end kicked clear into next week. And during his repair time, he was little more than a disembodied head, blind and only able to interact with the world via a crude thought-to-voice hardware setup.
- In a battle concerning the Robot Masters, Ifrit covered the escape route for the Irregulars, effectively preventing Color Man, Enker, and Bass from finishing them off. The cost, however, was high. Because of his interference, Color Man landed a good hit with a block of ice and Bass dodged Ifrit's primary weapon. Bass' retaliation knocked Ifrit from battle and he was unsurprisingly bustered by the Force Commander. He was quickly retrieved and repaired, but he retains no memory of the entire battle due to neural net damage to his memory engrams holding those particular memories.
- In the Willamette City incident, Ifrit, Bass, and several other officials became trapped in a mall that was swarming with zombies. They were forced to work together to find a way out, and before too long both Bass and Ifrit cleared a swatch through the zombie hordes with their best attacks: Bass with his bustered Annihilator Hadoken, and Ifrit with his Plasma Beam Autocannon. While the dual attacks worked in clearing the way, it also had the misfortune of causing massive damage and devistation to several stores and a good portion of the mall's interior. Thankfully, nobody was injured except the zombies. The zombies that were in the way were vaporized.
- On February 22nd, 2220, Lumine, Ninetails, and a number of mavericks attacked Kansas City. In this battle Lumine used Copy Shot on General, thereby gaining General's form and took heavy damage before General himself was knocked out. As the battle wore down to a close, Ifrit and Lumine had a staredown, each behind their forcefields and storing energy until a rock produced by Ninetails' self destruction collasped Ifrit's forcefield. Lumine struck quickly, but was put down by the Plasma Beam Autocannon in a maneuver that knocked Ifrit out as well due of a combination of damage feedback and Lumine's reflect system.
- On February 27th, 2220, Lumine again led a mass of Mavricks on an attack. This time against a military base being constructed in Innerpeace, Austrailia. Lumine brought with him a massive attack force including the Raptor II and a giant mecaniloid cockroach. Ifrit took a very very small part in damaging the giant cockroach before Lumine hit him with a bustered Frost Tower, forcing him to bring his forcefield online and to retreat quickly afterward. It wasn't too much longer after that that the Australian Defense Force and backup such as Rock managed to defeat the Mavericks and force them to retreat, but not before the mechaniloid cockroach self destructed and unleashed a nuclear holocaust in the city as a result. Cleanup of the nuclear fallout and damage may take a while.
- March - April 2220: Ifrit took part in several trans dimensional missions when rifts started opening in various locations such as in Stonehenge. In one such mission he was trapped for 24 hours in a dimension populated almost entirely by "zombies" of both human and reploid varieties. A few days later a new rift opened in the North Atlantic ocean and he was part of a team that went across (his part was due to malfunction of a transport) into a world dominated by a twisted brutal perversion of the Battle and Chase games. A world where having a massive and brutal to-the-death melee to be the king of a country is the norm and having a bloody to-the-death race to cast the sole ballot for the US Presidential elections is not even spared a second glance. Following all of these events, Ifrit's mental stability was put into some question.
- Friday, April 6th, 2220: Despite orders to be on medical leave for his own good Ifrit responded to a call to arms in Belgium where "New Eden" was under blockade and also where Dr. Weil had been cooped up. The situation deteriorated very quickly into a large-scale battle between Weil's forces and Repliforce and its allies, including an appearance by a biomonster that was a fusion between a Nemesis and the remains of Omega. Ifrit assisted in the effort to bring down the biomonster while Orion Corth discovered that Weil had sent a reaver drone copy of himself to oversee the battle and was in fact not anywhere near the battle zone at all. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Weil activated a bomb and destroyed New Eden.
- Thursday, May 24th, 2220: Ifrit fought against Bakery Fornax in an massive defensive action to prevent the Mavericks from destroying the power plants of Innerpeace in Australia. Although Ifrit managed to beat Fornax, he also misjudged how sensitive the explosives Bakery planted were to energy discharges. As a result, the last attack he used against the Maverick also indirectly resulted in the bomb going off when the rubble from a platform and the energy shockwave reached it. The resulting explosion disabled the plant and reduced it to rubble. Following this event and explaining it to General, Muni was bumped down from Sergeant to Private, an action he feels quite indignant about. A hearing has been planned to take place by June 14th. In the meantime, Muni will continue to operate under Repliforce comission.
- Tuesday (or Wednesday), June, 2220: Ifrit was summoned to a fencing tournament in London Town to deal with the X Hunters Agile and Violen who were holding the entire human group of competetors hostage and had planned to kill them. Accompanying him was Orion Corth and Warrior Raccoon. In the ensuing battle, all parties took heavy damage but were able to defeat both Mavericks. It was the plan of the X Hunters managed to destroy the north and south walls of the tournament arena, and seriously impair the structural integrity of the building in that area as a result. No humans were harmed due to being thoughtfully restrained and kept captive in a storage room outside the arena. It is a minor note that Muni managed through dumb luck to deliver a devastating blow to Agile which ended the battle proper. After the battle, Agile mysteriously vanished. Vilen was thrown through a window by Agile in the final moments and also dissapeared. It is assumed (by Muni) that they managed to escape somehow and their whereabouts are unknown.
- Thursday, June 14th, 2220: A massive Robot Master assault took place in London. Muni ran afoul of Color Man and Fire Man in the Champs-Elysees district. Clock Man and Warrior Raccoon also entered the battle zone. While Clock Man was forced to retreat, Muni and Warrior Raccoon managed to drive off both Robot Masters and in doing so stopped the spread of fire that was running rampant in the area. Blues arrived to assist in dousing the fires and in an attempt to take down Color Man, Muni fired a surgical energy beam and ended up hitting as well as destroying a burned out car instead thanks to the said Robot Master jumping and hovering at a most convenient time (for the Master that is).
- Thursday, July 19th, 2220: After a failed solo recon of Eclipse involving the attempted capture of Ego and defeat at the hands of Slash Man, Muni's offensive and defensive systems were rendered entirely useless and fused. A large amount of damage was done by both Ego and Muni to the moon city's military-industrial zone in the free-for-all, of brief note is the fact that from the air, some of the damage looks like the Repliforce logo. All the afore-mentioned damage was quickly cleaned up and repaired within a few days by the massive contingent of construction drones in the city and no lasting marks remain. Unfortunately, with the damage he sustained, an upgrade was the only real way to deal with it. The parts for such a proceedure were not available at the time, so they put out an order for them and allowed Muni to wear a plastic shell to maintain his sense of 'vanity' over not looking like hell while he wandered in public.
- Saturday, July 22nd, 2220: Muni spent much of the day before lounging at Ruby's Diner with Iris, Magma Dragoon, and Arzt Tiger before deciding to attend a soccer game as a player on the basis that he didn't need his weapons to kick a ball around. The soccer game was one of three events planned on a supposed bet Storm Owl made with Blues that Repliforce could best the Hunters in a series of war games. In the soccer Match, Muni spent most of the game in the Hunters defensive end. The final score was Hunters 1, Repliforce 0. It was a very close game.
- Sunday, July 23rd, 2220: The medical corps and engineering techs finally received the most recent and modern upgrade modules they could find. They then used the next few hours early in the morning (after midnight that is) to upgrade almost every major component of Ifrit's systems. The result was much more streamlined and removed the need for him to carry almost all of his weapons on his person. It gave him a smoother, rounder, and more streamlined armor which also made him look lighter. All of his larger sub weapons (specifically, only the Bangalore Javelin) were routed to subspace storage, and his cannon systems were entirely redesigned and refitted. His cannon itself became a true variable weapons system that could be summoned and dismissed in manners similar to Rock's rather than through the previous mechanical disassembling which involved too many moving and easily damaged parts. All he had to do to activate them was ball a fist and flip a mental switch and the new technology would take care of the rest literally in the blink of an eye and a flash of light.
- Later that same day Muni took part in a Repliforce/Maverick Hunter war game. For this game, holographic systems were set up in the exercise area to simulate all damage done to the participants. The object of the game was for Repliforce to assault the Schwarzheim Castle, the current Hunter HQ at the time, and breech their defenses. Repliforce objectives was to guard their key attacker, Prismatic Spider until he got into the castle to plant a "device" and to attempt to disable Zero, the key defender for the Hunters. Hunter objectives were to take out Prismatic Spider and any remaining attackers. 10 points were to be awared to either side if they completed their primary objectives, 1 point for each kill against the opposing team, and 5 points if an objective was only partially completed. The device for this war game took the form of a portable toaster.
- In the end, the castle siege closed with Prismatic being disabled and Muni having carrying the "device" into the castle. By that point he was the only person on the attacking side left standing. The winner was the Maverick Hunters with ten points (5 for disabling Prism and 5 more for the disabling of attackers), Repliforce 6 (5 for getting the device into the castle, 1 for disabling a defending hunter).
- Tuesday, July 24th, 2220: Doctor Weil attacks Giga city with Hellbat Schilt, Sage Harpuia, Umbra Phantom, Templar Fefnir, Childre Inarabitta, the biomonster Manuel Cortez, and Hibou with the Pantheon Golem ride armor. Various defenders including Singularity Shrike, Blues, Zero, Riot, Cinnamon, Afro Duck, Chronoton Duck, Epsilon, and the Deathbringer ride armor were involved along with Muni himself. After a long battle, Muni assisted in defeating Hellbat Schilt (who retreated), the Golem (Hibou emerged and decided to eat it), and Hibou himself (knocked out for defeating Riot). All of Weil's forces were beaten and either got knocked out or retreated. Cinnamon passed out in the middle of this battle due to stress. Muni took some considerable damage but after a quick field repair, he was able to walk away with only moderate damage.
- Wednesday July 25th, 2220: In a Kansas City mall, Muni walks into the middle of a food fight between Tron Bonne with her servbots and Arzt Tiger and Magma Dragoon. Though he got whacked a good one with a watermelon, he settled the entire fight by using the 'hot dog cart stun grenade' he had created in a previous encounter with the Bonnes. While the ploy was successful, the grenade itself failed to incompacitate any of the servbots nor did it disorient Tron. It instead released a very noxious smelling fume that was so bad that it made even the servbots act wierd (moreso than they normally do) and made Tron call for retreat. All participants involved returned to their respective bases smelling to high heaven to decontaminate. The mall's food court was closed for at least one or two days for a large-scale cleanup. Because no food was thrown with intent to cause damage, all parties involved were not harmed. No actual attacks were used either.
- Unknown dates between July and October: Various minor conflicts and a few major conflicts concerning Euro Arcadia and Doctor Weil.
- Friday October 26th to Sunday October 28th, 2220: Ifrit once again took up in extradimensional affairs when a conflict broke out in Times Square involving Sage Harpuia, the Pantheon Golem, Hibou, and two unknown humanoids in wierd clothes. Accel was present alongside Hunter and Repliforce units. The humanoids later became identified as Sabata and Django, and sparked off implied hostilities with Accel. These hostilities were later dismissed when a dimensional incursion was detected in San Mugel, Mexico. Ifrit followed the pair along with a mixed rabble of Hunters, Repliforce, and even Maverick and Robot Master allied operatives into the city where they became trapped for three days. In those three days they battled against zombies, mummies, and even more powerful entities such as a llarge Naga, a vampire, and a sentient being calling itself "Queen Hel". In the end, Robert Taft appeared and was swiftly put down, allowing the city to return to normal and regain all contact with the outside world.
- Tuesday, November 6th, 2220: Lumine led and a large force of Mavericks including Binary Spirit, Siren, and Cyber Peacock against the CIA headquarters in Langly, Virginia. Numerous Repliforce soldiers responded, including Muni and Dash among others in an effort to stop them. The target of the attack was the central computer of the CIA compound, and their plan to get at it involved the mavericks disguising themselves as Repliforce and Maverick Hunter members to gain entry unaccosted while the primary maverick force assailed the power plant nearby. After their cover was blown, Binary Spirit locked himself in the computer core and began assisting Cyber Peacock with their objectives while Dash fought Lumine. Unfortunately, Dash was unable to stop the Maverick Director and Lumine communicated to Muni over the global radio threatning Dash's death if Muni didn't cease his efforts against the Mavericks he was fighting. Ultimately, Muni attacked Lumine himself. This proved to be futile as Lumine was already leaving by the time Ifrit reached the Maverick's position not to mention the attack missed. With the overall mission a failure, Muni carried Dash's unconcious body back to a medical facility for emergency treatment.
- Friday, November 9th, 2220: Ifrit took some time to engage in a training exercise with Eugene Chaud, the captain of the STARS Bravo Squad. The simulation was extremely lengthy for a plain two person spar, with Muni taking severe damage at first and Chaud taking only moderate damage in return. Then Muni got smart which evened the playing field. Near end of the training simulation, Chaud's armor was just one thread from failing and Ifrit was in the same boat. They both fought very hard, and the shot that finally ended the simulation came from Chaud's pistol. Victory was thus awarded to Chaud.
- Monday, January 1st, 2221: Ifrit is witness, like all of the world, to the destruction of Eclipse, Elysium, and Able City through the use of Protoman's force metal bombs. The event greatly upsets the planet's geological stability and causes volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. Alexia Ashford seizes the chance to release her T Virus into the atmosphere and creates an undead army of thousands if not millions of zombies across the globe. The fight to clear the zombie menace begins.
- Friday, Febuary 1st, 2221: Albert Wily marches upon Washington DC in his WilyMonster mech, the Nidhogg. The mech is themed after a giant dragon and is powered by a stolen peice of Starseed, a material that is several magnitudes more powerful than a force metal reactor and just as dangerous. President Thackery fights for Washington alongside Repliforce, Maverick Hunter, and US military forces. While Ifrit assisted in damaging the Nidhogg enough for it to be later driven off, he took critical disabling damage and was forced to watch as Thackery and Colonel fought on up to Thackery's ultimate sacrifice and apologies for wrongs he wrought upon the world. Shortly after, hearing Shield Fox speaking in memory of the newly deceased President on the ravaged but still standing US Capital, Ifrit cried for the first time in his memory. He is unable to figure out why. This proves that as inhuman as he was intended to be, even he has a human soul within.
- Saturday, March 15th, 2221: Ifrit joined a task force that was bound for Eurasia. They knew Weil was up there, but they did not know what he was doing exactly. They soon found out he was controlling the laser cannon on the station and was trying to set off volcanic eruptions and 'microwave' the oceans sterile in an attempt to kill everything on the planet with intentions to create a new human race upon it. The plan was obviously beyond mad, and the allied forces engaged Weil with Ifrit briefly tangling and "bustering" a chaingun from a bioweapon'd Hibou before taking a light part in attacking weil directly. The attack against Weil was ultimately successful, though they could not stop the space station from falling out of orbit. Because of this, Poseidon Pegasus remained behind to force the Eurasia's reactors to self-destruct via overload.
Other
- Heat Man and Crash Man had described Muni as the gay minion of Pharaoh Man because of the freaky similarity between Muni's Sandstorm and Pharaoh Man's Sandstorm. Other small factors were involved in this description.
- While Muni dodged the Annihilator Hadoken once in battle, he dodged it a second time in a training exercise when Blues decided to blast the entire room. Blues knocked everyone and himself out, except for Ifrit, who jumped behind some debris and used it as cover. As the last one standing, he earned a moral victory in his own mind. General was involved in this training exercise and was in the proccess of calling Blues a name before being hit by the Hadoken. This was the second time he remembers personally seeing the Hadoken used in any kind of action (both combat and training).
- Ifrit gave Dash an old plasma modulator, having talked to the STARS officer over the previous few days about giving him the modulator as an upgrade part. It may be old and seemingly obsolete, but Dash is optimistic that it will be compatible and allow him a better control over his plasma weapon as well as a better ability to perform special rebound shots which Muni calls "pinball shooting". Wither or not it will really be compatible is yet to be determined, although Dash did state it should be easily compatible and that he'll have to work on blueprints to intergrate it into his systems.
- To be continued
