Built on the island of Sardinia, the city of Tartarus is a blighted pit, the center of crime in the world, and a living reminder of the Maverick/Robot Master alliance that created it. Populated by the worst scum in the free world, it is truly a wretched hive of scum and villainy. Visitors should be cautious.

About

Located in Sardinia, Tartarus is a generally slum like city where gambling and criminality is rife. Its most central and well known feature is the Arena where Pit Fights occur between consenting parties, bets are placed and the shifty Reploid Ultra Octopus oversees everything with his lackey Sneeze Aberration.

Tartarus also populates many thousands of people in densely populated Slums. The denizens very rarely like to leave Tartarus for whatever reason so there is a prominent black market in operation there as well as many prosperous businesses.

RULES OF TARTARUS!

The following rules must be heeded closely, otherwise grave consequences may result, from overnight arrest, eviction or destruction.

1) No scuffles in the city itself. All fighting must be contained to the arena. 2) It is highly suggested that those bearing alliegence to the Repliforce, United Nations or any other do-gooder clan keep their opinions to themselves and their faces hidden. The safety of such individuals cannot be assured. 3) Defacing property is grounds for trial by combat. 4) Any problems -- take it outside or into the arena. Making us care is grounds for trial by combat. 5) Anyone caught working against the goodwill of Tartarus will be executed.

1) No holds barred. 2) If the opponent is rendered inactive or submits (you loser), the battle ends. 3) Keep the fights in the Arena.
