Liberated from his captivity within Neo-Tokyo's Zoo, Shaunybear quickly became the beloved mascot of those who freed him, the Irregular Overlords, and lifelong companion to Quiet Man. With rather shocking intelligence and understanding, he seems to fit rather well into the world of humans and mechanical beings. A literal Panda of All Trades, Shaunybear travels the all about, enjoying his newfound freedom. Of course, it helps that the Irregular Overlords 'adjusted' United Nations records to reflect that he was indeed a full fledged citizen (And could perform marriages in the state of New York). No one can really tell who the 'boss' in the friendship is, as Quiet Man is either not in control of his companion, or simply allows him to do as he pleases. Should Shauny ever feel he is threatened, the bear unleashes his deadly ferocity in his PANDA PWN and other such attacks. Currently, the panda resides with the Maverick Hunters, to whom Quiet Man is a member, avenging the death of HappyFunRockAndRollLady (AKA iLuz) one Maverick at a time.
