It is strongly suspected, but not confirmed that the assassin who attacked the Task Force investigating the base under Paradise Fountain is also 'Needle', a former UN wetworks operative recruited by Black SHIELD. She received various upgrades to her capabilities, and is one of the most successful operatives in the organisation's history. The partial records available refer to her as 'the spiritual successor of the Ice Knife'. They also mention 'family issues relating to the father' as a potential long-term problem.
