Profile
Wasp is a sarcastic robot with a vague Cockney accent who appears to have a very blue-collar mentality toward his often bloody work. He regularly complains about having to work on his days off, though he does not actually appear to follow any kind of standardized schedule. Wasp apparently routinely kills people or commits other crimes as part of his duties, and appears to have no remorse about his often destructive actions. As far as anyone can tell, Wasp is apparently a Project Dynamic robot, though his exact type is unclear. His place in the build order is unclear, though he has abilities and techniques possessed by the three active Dynamic series robots (Dynamo, Marino, Spider) as well as the deceased Ashriel. Wasp has very advanced stealth and teleportation systems, allowing him to be anywhere he needs to be at the worst possible time. At some point, Wasp was affiliated with Black SHIELD, though his exact loyalties now are unclear. He may or may not be a Nebula agent. Blues has theorized that Wasp may work for an as-yet-undetermined third party.
Trivia
- Wasp has no photo ID. He has no UN records. He has no creators. He has no past. No future.
- In late November 2219, some winos in Scrap Iron City claim to have seen Wasp entering a blasted tenament building, with some man in a trenchcoat arriving to speak to him. Someone who looked kind of like Wasp was also in the Thunderclap and spoke to Dynamo a few days later.
- In Rio, someone generally matching Wasp's description was seen taking Meddy to the beach in early December 2219. He had apparently purchased Meddy an indecent swimsuit.
