I have received a summary of investigations into the Green Naga Corporations' attempt to build a pan-Asian transport route.
Initial investigations into the technology appear to be solid, but there were significant amounts of 'science by committee'. Lots of pork barrel and contracting projects farmed out in a manner that could have been done far more efficiently. Technical and background documentation will be forwarded along with this report, for record-keeping purposes.
Blues had continued investigations, resulting in his contact being assaulted by thugs sent by Tingzhe Huang in a bar during a meeting. The thugs were defeated. However, this also revealed that Huang likely was involved in things that would not bear investigation, so Blues continued. He, Riot, and Alloy discovered that Huang was involved in drug trafficking operations, as well as being involved with the R. Draco group. Huang, exposed, gave information on the R. Draco connections. Investigations into R. Draco have been ongoing as of this report. Thus, a major portion of Green Naga has been implicated in illegal activities. Huang will likely be indicted for his crimes. My personal recommendation, General, is to develop our own systems regarding this instead of possibly trusting our money to a corporation who has been exposed to have ties to illegal activities.

During my research into the alternate-dimensional physics situation, I researched the previous occurrence. Two names came up: Heilen and Whipcrack Octopus. The data doesn't exist in Repliforce servers. It, too, is BLACK-level information and removed from Repliforce's databanks. Heilen is missing and presumed dead, while Whipcrack Octopus engaged in a 'classified mission' for the UN and never returned, but his data shows he was never declared 'missing'. This stinks.
I attempted to research Whipcrack Octopus. He has a flawless record, a shining example of MSE achievement and accomplishment in the face of adversity.
No one apparently remembers who he is.
I spoke with people who worked with him every day. Their memories of him are blurred. He's treated more like background furniture, taken for granted, than a dynamic, driven scientist. People who say they have been recieving email from him can't remember the last time they recieved one. There is no explanation for such a massive failure of documentation and memory. People should have been naming hospitals and ships after this man.
Someone has been erasing this man from existence.
Five years ago, Whipcrack was given an assignment to work directly for the UN on a BLACK-level project involving dimensional technology. There is paperwork, but none of the people who were supposed to have it remember recieving it. He stopped coming into work and people simply ignored it. The last records I was able to find were Whipcrack Octopus leaving the Fortress III on February 12,2215, via teleporter to Seoul. He entered the UN building. No one had ever seen him since.
I contacted the UN. They have a name: Yggdrasill. They only have this information because they found it in fragmented records from Checkpoint Charlie... The Black SHIELD operations nexus. They claim the information was destroyed. The other people who were on the project don't exist. There is no location. There is no information on who was leading the project. Nothing. This stinks of evil, and a great man is missing because of this evil. Whipcrack Octopus' fate must be discovered.

After extensive research, it has been discovered that the reports of Duo.EXE's death has been greatly exaggerated. Examinations of the fragments left by the alternate-universe aggregate, NumberMan.EXE, allowed us to pinpoint physical locations related to the sentience (which are unsuitable for inclusion in any such report, even one at this level of security). An investigation of one such location revealed that a portion of Duo.EXE was present, one of several. The other locations are projected, but have yet to be examined and confirmed. I have not yet determined if it would be beneficial or not to completely restore Duo.EXE, but there are circumstances potentially causing the point to be moot which will be enumerated in forthcoming reports.
