Deal With the Devil
Katsu Arashi, King of Sealand and heir to the ArashiCo chemical company fortune, currently has a mutual deal with King. In return for helping to defend the small principality when called upon (King and the Omegas both), King has gained a base of operations in the 'real' world (since the Wilydrome is stuck in Dimension X and no one seems to be working on getting it out).
King is considering a number of places to invade soon-ish; any of these would make suitable raiding spots for the Omega Squadron and himself. These are in order (most preferential to least):
- Able City (probably best able to put up a fight, though)
- The northwestern part of Bermuda (City of Villains players will recognize this as the location of the Rogue Isles)
- Iceland
- The ruins of Robotropolis in Cuba (also known for having weird stuff crop up there)
- Sealand itself (it is not heavily defended, and King already has an in; however, win or lose, he'll have won the enmity of a chemical weapons company with few problems selling to everyone but the Masters).
