IMPERATOR is a hot topic of discussion amongst those who fondly wear their tinfoil hats while tracking down Reptoid infiltrators in the American government. It is said that the NSA has a massive communications sink, intercepting millions of data transfers a day, which they then process and sort into appropriate topics. They use this information to rule the world, monitor leaks in the government, and oppress the free people of America.

This sink is called 'IMPERATOR'.
