Scott Wily

History and MUSH Events
Scott Wily was originally intended to be a younger body for Dr. Wily cloned by Tron Bonne that the Doctor could transfer his mind into. Interestingly, however, he developed a conscience of his own and instead Dr. Wily's cloned 'son' was born. Scott quickly identified himself as being one that would not follow Dr. Wily's directions even if it was to self destruction. He spent time playing the part of the stereotypical bad son until on finding some of Wily's plan for rejected Robot Masters decided to build them and use them for his own evil ends and kick the Robot Masters out of their then current base.
Defeated after a short while by Wily's forces Scott was placed into the custody of Constance Wily who promised to be his minder in return for the boy not being prosecuted. Bored and repressed under the batty old woman's care Scott decided to join a college to experience life. There he found he had a lot less pressure than he did with Constance and built one or two of his more noteworthy Robot Overlords like Clock Man, AirCon Man, Compass Man and Bell Man.
The lure of trouble was, however, too much. It is not generally known if Epsilon approached Scott first or vice-versa but they went into an agreement to cause as much havoc as possible. Some of Scott's previous inventions during these periods were abandoned (Clock Man left, Compass was sealed away and AirCon wandered off) and Scott dedicated his time to making new and improved models. As well as this Scott, with the help of Elegy, created a new type of robot from Stardroid parts that were uncovered named Omnidroids. Epsilon's body was also outfitted with these miracle parts, increasing his power dramatically.
Of course, things did not go according to plan. Scott spent most of his time directing his forces but was unable to escape into space with the other Irregulars and was arrested for his crimes. Again put into the custody of Constance, the old woman was told to redouble her efforts to keep him under her thumb. In this period Scott (and his creations that were still with him) went a little batty. After days bored searching on the Internet Scott discovered that Ferham had attempted to rebuild the Irregular Empire without even contacting him. Getting into discussions with the Domatrix Wily instantly collided with her in terms of opinion but was allowed to hang out with them for a while, where he made his last batch of Robot Overlords including his bodyguard and 'perfect girlfriend' Sugar.
Scott's time in the Irregulars was not necessarily pleasant. His Robot Overlords were frequently away and he frequently got into arguments with the existing establishment who were not at all willing to deal with his complaints and generally misery. Left with no power at all on being showed a recording of Epsilon from Mars Scott stole the plans for a Interstellar Outhouse he invented to get there first. This, unfortunately, required working with his father.
Still, the Outhouse was created and with Michael Eildath Scott was the first human to step on Mars (though this is has come under debate more recently due to the formers insistence otherwise). There Scott once again became a turncoat. Noticing the forces that stood on Mars was getting badly beaten Scott decided to reach out to the leading party of raiders thinking that association would grant him technology and opportunity beyond his wildest dreams. Meeting Patriarch Scott was shown all sorts of nifty technology but told to gain access to it he would need to bring Elegy back to Patriarch.
Getting back into the Outhouse, Scott abandoned the other Robot Masters on the planet to try to find the mad monk but to no avail. What is worse, he had completely severed all ties with people that could help him. Deciding to lay low and look for Elegy privately Scott hired a Hostel on Hawaii to conduct his search and house his remaining loyal Robot Overlords.
Back on Mars, Patriarch was defeated (and, through Massimo, Ra Moon) Scott's treachery to him was revealed (Scott was a very treacherous person to know) as on Patriarch's death and the E-Ringing of his forces their WilyCode was changed to recognize him as their leader.
Scott continued in this fashion for a while, then the voices came. Whether genetic degrading or something similar sinister Scott was being whispered to quietly from an alien force. They told him of the beauty of destruction, the joys of servitude and the imperative to follow. Driven by this voice Scott put in a last ditch effort to steal Neo Arcadia's sole chunk of Supra Force Metal and construct a powerful Power Armor named the Morendo for himself to use.
On Live TV that night Scott, ravaged and aged by cellular deconstruction, ranted to the world. He spoke of destruction and 'his master'. Finally he revealed the Force Metal and, already suffering a fatal dose by being within half of a mile of it, shoved it into his system whist inside the Morendo armor. Sugar, wanting still to protect Scott even from himself, engaged him and delivered a fatal blow. This caused Scott to crawl broken into the Morendo armor for its life support capabilities. Angry, he then forced the SFM into his own body. The resulting Force Metal reaction both killed Scott and kept him alive, leaving him a sort of FM zombie with extended abilities. Using these abilities Scott killed all his creations still in attendance and gutted his former bodyguard Sugar for her Force Metal core.
From here the world attempted to stop the Morendo armor. Failing many times, the monster escaping every time, Epsilon finally found his chance by drawing him into one on one combat. Gaining the upper hand Scott then, still semi-conscious, revealed his ace in the hole: an override command for the Caesar armor he installed into Epsilon's body and caused him tremendous pain. In the final moments of the battle Clock Man recognized like no other that his former creator was lost forever and launched a suicidal attack to rip the SFM core from the Morendo armor. Succeeding, Scott was finally totally obliterated by a Mega Buster Megablast from Rock.
