Ruby's Diner is an infamous greasy spoon in New York City. It is a favorite of Maverick Hunters, most especially Zero. It is commonly regarded by all factions alike as being a sort of hallowed ground, despite no actual concrete agreements guaranteeing its safety. (This may be in large part because those who damage Ruby's are often damaged amply in return.)

Ruby's has a pot of hot coffee 24/7, and generally has pretty good pie.
