Profile
No longer overeager, No longer quite so naive. Riot still believes in doing the right thing, and to the absolute best of his ability, he has matured considerably as he rose in ranks through first Interpol, and then S.T.A.R.S. achieving rank of captain before quitting when the unit was bought out by Repliforce. Drifting for a few weeks, Riot was recruited into the Hunters during the Ra Moon incident after he voluntarily defended the Hunter Base. Starting back at the bottom of the Hunter ranks hasn't been easy, but the skills and experiances of his former profession have started to resurface, as he still holds himself to his former ideals, which tends to bring him in conflict with some Hunters. Riot still carries the rocket propelled Riot Breaker shield, but has gradually taken up use of gray market weapons, skimming the edge of the illegal to level the field against tougher opponents.
Short Note
A police operative through and through, Riot has matured considerably since first joining Interpol, then STARS and now the Hunters. Riot has been on the bottom rungs of all three organizations, but has made it to sergeant in Interpol and captain of the Combat Division in S.T.A.R.S. This gives him a lot of experience being the 'little guy', as well as a point of view of once being someone in charge. Sometimes despite his current rank in the Hunters, he automatically falls back on the priorities imparted on him in his former role of captain. Sometimes feels his body design is shoddy or outdated due to a forced redesign while he was still being built.
Education
Attended Mississippi accelerated police training academy for Reploids and Androids (and picked up the accent which he tries to repress). There he learned crowd control techniques, police procedures, SWAT tactics and methods, marksmanship, crime scene investigation, and the driving skills he displays in hover and regular cars. Attended STARS retraining course and learned additional anti-zombie/biomonster tactics and later leadership skills for his attained captain rank.

- Riot has a Mississippi accent he tries to repress.
- Owns an Office Assistant drone named Outbox, visually a cross between a Met and a paper shredder.
- Dated Nana in the past, but the relationship has apparently cooled off.
