Refuel

The Generator ability allows a character to create more WE than normal when generating and also to use a turn to take some of their fuel and give it to another character. There is a loss in the transfer, so the amount of fuel you use is more than the amount they gain. This is fairly uncommon, found among battery and power generation types (Elec Man, Heat Man, and Volt Catfish are good examples).
