After failed attempts at an android, Dr. Wily discovered that only a reploid could use the power of the 'Supra' Force Metal he discovered, and thus he constructed his first reploid ever. Redips' power is beyond measure, literally off the charts on all manner of energy scanners. With an ambition and strength of will similar to his creator, Redips brings new motivative leadership to the Robot Master organization which serves well to compliment Enker's strategic genious. His drive, determination, and incomporable power help push the faction to new heights. Superceeding the King Protocal, he is Dr. Wily's current designated heir within the Robot Masters. In his personal time Redips is a fan of war games and classical acting.

Background

Redips was a hoax Reploid made by Dr. Wily using 'Supra Force Metal'. He appeared to be extremely powerful and quickly took over the Robot Masters using a loophole that identified him as a command figure, soon changing their programming to view him much in the same way they previously viewed Dr. Wily.

The intention of Redips was to create a need for Dr. Light to create a similarly powerful super robot named Gamma and for Wily to then steal it. Unfortunately Dr. Light was well aware of this and, in fact, double bluffed Wily and attempted to use the device to defeat Bass and a squad of Robot Masters.

Supra Force Metal

Though force metal had been discovered at the time, Wily was the first to 'discover' Supra Force Metal and use it as a power source. When Redips was defeated the Supra Force Metal was revealed to simply be the name of a hamster on a wheel that create the energy to power the Reploid.
