Level 9 ranged water electric area homing. Primary weapon of Maverick Tempest Dolphin, and perhaps one of the most infamous primary weapons of all time. Always posed big, real big, six city blocks big, and Buster users who had a copy of this primary camped it for years looking for the properly dramatic time to execute it. This particular primary was used to great effect more than two years after the death of the OC it was stolen from.

Stolen primary weapons now "time out" after a certain amount of time to encourage Buster variety and discourage long-term camping.
