Profile: A terrifying entity born of a human mind that has never experienced humanity, the body composed of parts seen in a handful of ruthless killers in the Robot Wars, and, most importantly, the twisted research of Dr. Weil, the cyborg project codenamed "Omega" sees himself as that of the salvation of humanity. In reality, these words are hollow to the point even he doesn't really understand half of what he says. While his appearance can be taken for that of Zero in his Arcadia form, he shares none of what makes Zero almost tolerable to the world and poses an even greater threat to the world than Zero's worst. Omega carries a powerful strain of the Sigma Virus, engineered to seek out and infect all mechanical life with the intent to simply re-inforce what allows Neo Arcadia's philosophy to stand, disguised only by pre-rehearsed claims that he is what will destroy the "enemies of humanity." With almost unrivaled skills in the blade, numerous elemental energy weapons, and the best and worst both Neo Arcadia and Umbrella has to offer, it is only the organic brain that makes Omega human - he is without remorse, pity, introspection, nor care about his standing in what life he leads now.

Omega died at the hands of a mixed force of Repliforce, Maverick Hunters, and Neo Arcadians when he tried to attack SciTech HQ to gain access to the network backbone housed there.
The reason Omega went berserk and turned on Neo Arcadia is more terrifying than anyone, even Doctor Weil, could guess. The Genocide Virus, through its contact with the active Sigma Virus, was starting to gain a low level of sentience. This, along with the trauma of repeated battles and rapid reconstructions, started to unhinge Omega somewhat.
The Virus started talking to him, assuring him that Elpizo and Neo Arcadia would simply destroy him after he had accomplished his mission. He wanted to live, the Virus told him that it could ensure that once he escaped. The Virus, in the meantime, had also learned how to infect cyborgs from the Sigma Virus.
Cyborgs all over Neo Arcadia fell ill. Alouette was one of the first victims. Omega made his escape, lashing out against several of Neo Arcadia's elite. He resurfaced with a powerful new form. It is unknown how he came by this new body in such a short time.
Omega was killed by Zero shortly after the Genocide Virus was, after the cure was completed. Nothing could be recovered, as the body disintegrated into so much light and energy. Eugene Chaud was very angry that the killer cyborg turfed his lawn.
Omega was later resurrected by Dr. Weil within Eurasia's labs. When Weil decided to use Eurasia to destroy all life on earth so he could craft his own world, this newly restored Omega was released as part of the defenses Weil put in place to guard against intruders. Omega was unssuccessful however, and was totally obliterated by Repliforce, Hunter, Irregular, Ouroboros and Robot Master forces shortly before the space station was destroyed.
