Names
From Megaman Mush Wiki
Character names vary according to race type.
Human names are just that: normal human names. A phone book is a good place to look some up. Fictional characters' names should not be re-used unless they are very generic (you're unlikely to get "Clark Kent," but you might well get "Bob Smith"). Slight variations in spelling can be acceptable, and given the multicultural milieu of the 23rd century, first and last names can come from a wide variety of cultures.
There are several classes of robot names.
Humanoid robots tend to have one- or two-word names based on various factors; purpose, primary systems (weapon or otherwise), military rank, musical terms, mythical figures, plants or anything else in an obvious "set". (Examples: Zero, Iris, General, Sigma, Lifesaver.) These are generally not "human" names, although there is some overlap. However, "rank" names, particularly in Repliforce, are not recommended.
Animal form robots tend to have two-word names; the first is based on their primary purpose or weapon, while the second is relevant to the animal they are modeled after. (Examples: Storm Owl, Slash Beast, Chill Penguin.)
Occasionally, a robot name is a nonsense word or simple descriptive that just plain sounds neat. These are often a sign of an older robot - one confident enough to take a name of their own choosing - or of a robot with an embarrassing original name. (Examples: Ferham, Scarface, Vile.)
Don't feel bad or offended if your character's name is rejected. Certain names, or sorts of names, just don't fit well or have been overused.
