Maximillian is Teresa Magrevich's current beau. As of New Years they are apparently engaged to be married, though this hasn't been announced publically.
Max was born in Germany to an aristocratic family. The family was supposedly wiped out during the Maverick takeover of Germany. Max fought against the Mavericks as part of a small rebel group before leaving the country for London. He has worked as a painter and done a few shows after retiring from combat. He doesn't paint enough to make a living off of this and primarily lives off of his inheritance.
Maximillian has a cybernetic right hand and lower arm. They do not appear to be of combat grade and are just a replacement. He usually keeps his hand covered with a glove.
The Rothschilde name is connected to Swiss Banking and is sometimes thought of as a family with Illuminati connections though this may just be a coincidence.
Gaus Magrevich admits that Maximillian is dirty in some fashion, potentially working for one of the syndicate organizations though he has not said which one.
Charlie Archer apparently knew something about this but he is now dead so he can't talk about it.
Maximillian recently donated $25 million Zenny to Ciel to aid in anti-zombie operations.
