"I didn't design reploids just to watch them suffer and die."
Profile
A young designer from London, Lisa wanted the best for the world. At the start of the Robot Wars she was hired by a firm contracted to provide reploids to Repliforce. She started out doing art, making cosmetic adjustments to stock reploids and moving on to engineering their frameworks and finally entire new designs. She had a hard time detaching herself from her creations, but her firm was in high demand, and relocated en masse to Australia. Lisa eventually lost hope when much of the work she felt very attached to was killed in the fall of Repliforce Island... and shortly thereafter she lost her job when she protested building reploids for violent purposes. One of her more recent creations, Guard Crocodile, left Repliforce to keep his 'mother' safe company. Lisa is now the chair of a charitable organization called the Blake Foundation, which began in Australia as a moderate movement against combat-capable reploid development, for the safety of reploids. The group's petitioning was met with limited success, and instead of passing the laws Lisa had wanted, all reploids were ejected from the country. Since Lisa refused to leave the only family she had, she moved back to London to keep continuing the fight. The Blake Foundation fights for humane reploid development and restrictions on overproduction, generally believing that creating combat capable reploids results in more dead Repliforcers and more combat-capable Mavericks. Its original founder, Gregory Blake, was apparently killed by the Maverick Dark Necrobat, though the circuimstances surrounding his past are generally mysterious, and Lisa rarely will discuss him.
