Profile

While this robot was originally designed as Scott's personal walking bar, the young Wily quickly saw the potential of a liquor-wielding combatant and converted the oversized drunken drone to a full-fledged Robot Overlord named Liquor Man. In the right situation, Liquor Man could probably be a deadly warrior, what with his array of amped-up alcoholic weapons (especially favoring the ones that can be made to burn or explode), but Liquor Man has a tendency to overindulge in his own ammo (which is soaking his systems ordinarily anyway). As such, Liquor Man's aim is questionable, his mood swings are frequent and violent, and he's more of a loose cannon than anything.

Background

It's pretty much covered above in his finger info, but I'll go over it again: Liquor Man was originally built as the L-1000 Walking Bar/Barkeep prototype drone, until Scott (after imbibing too much of Liquor Man's precious cargo) saw the potential of a robot built around utilizing different kinds of alcohol in attacks. As such, the L-1000 WBBK became Liquor Man. However, in building him, Scott managed to program in a love of alcohol, plus the robot's internals are soaking in the stuff anyway, so Liquor Man became the first robot to be built already in a state of mild inebriation - and the first unable to change that in any way other than making it worse.

Trivia/Facts

  • Liquor Man died when Scott Wily turned into Crazy Zombie Scott Wily and cannibalized the IOs for his own power. He had been in hibernation somewhere until then.
  • Liquor Man once attempted to scale General's leg. This failed, miserably.
  • Almost every one of his attacks was named after an alcoholic drink (see below).
  • Liquor Man, for no apparent reason, was an excellent swimmer.

Appearance

Liquor Man is mostly humanoid. He's about nine and a half feet tall and seems at first not-so-solidly built, with a body shape generally similar to Junk Man (Reploid-sized limbs, head slightly too small, and so on). However, unlike the more solidly built Junk, Liquor Man appears to be made of slightly blurry glass (it's not REALLY glass, but it's nice and clear). Within, one can easily see that every inch of the robot, from torso to tips of fingers, is filled with different compartments and tubes carrying liquor of all stripes to all places in his body - sort of like Robert Downey Jr.'s circulatory system. Furthermore, on the back of each shoulder, extending to a good foot above his head, are a pair of liquor tanks carrying his primary weaponry - a particular mix of explosive liquors. His face, of course, is unremarkable, looking pretty much like any other IO or RM.

His weapons systems are primarily hidden, but in short, each of his hands can change into a buster-like shape, the right one can also change into a long straight-razor-like blade, and both of the tanks on his back can function as shoulder cannons if needed. Additionally, there are microscopic temperature-altering systems all over his body.
