2: Toddler level intelligenece.

3: Distinctly stupid. Low end for reploids and adults.

4: Slightly below-average intelligence.

5: Average fully trained soldier or college educated adult.

6: Above-average soldiers. Most medics and technical specialists.

7: Above-average technicians and devoted scholars.

8: Highest intelligence below actual genius. Minimum to earn a doctorate.

9: Genius level intelligence.

10: The greatest geniuses of history, whose innovations radically alter the world as we know it.

The Intelligence stat represents current intelligence, and not the hypothetical limit of a character's potential.
