Profile
Grim is a reformed Maverick who once took pride in being a physical incarnation of death, even going through cosmetic upgrades to make the misery and pain he inflicted more convincing. When the Sigma Virus was cured Grim instantly replayed through every cruel action he had ever committed in his unfettered mind and it almost drove him insane with remorse. Since then Grim has displayed a fervour to turn his abilities towards the pursuit of good, exploration of his own life as it stands and working to balance his guilt. Usually quiet unless spoken to Grim can occasionally be seen not to be repentant at all but behind this facade he is actually deeply apologetic for his past and wants to do anything to preserve life whenever possible. In battle Grim uses a scythe and energy blasts; both emitting a bright white glow to symbolically representing his change in perspective.
Short Note
Originally made as a bodyguard to a wealthy businessman's daughter Grim contracted the Sigma Virus in the line of duty and, too proud to have it checked out, eventually fell to the virus. He left his family before he could do them harm however and was picked up by a Maverick unit just as his infection came into full bloom. Under the Mavericks Grim (or Grim Spectre as criminal records knew him) inflicted pain and misery with glee and took on the appearance of a Grm Reaper. Now he's one of the good guys and, his appearance made more human, works to protect life whenever he can and repent for his former misdeeds.
