Character Data

Grenade Man is surely a prime example of Dr. Wily's "mad doctor"-style insanity. Being the major masochist of the Robot Masters, Grenade Man enjoys nothing more than being blasted to pieces; the only thing he enjoys more than showing ruthless sadism by demolishing others with his Flash Bombs is being detonated himself, something that occurs all too often. While not completely suicidal, Grenade Man takes every opportunity that arises to feel pain. This trait carries over to other things, making him quite an overbearing robot who tends to take control of situations whenever possible. He is often rather hasty and has quite an oversight of obvious problems most of the time. He can be quite the hothead with enemies, shouting reckless threats, insults and foolish challenges without thinking about the consequences that may come up--partially because he figures he'll probably enjoy such painful implications. However, he possesses a wide variety of very explosive weaponry to back up his combative actions, including the potent Flash Bomb. If he ever needs a little more pain, Grenade Man can spontaneously detonate his own explosive parts, likely obliterating himself and severely harming anyone nearby--but he's just fine with it.
