Profile
Freeze Man is a vicious, agressive, often merciless android who cares little for anything but himself. The other Robot Masters find his particular brand of cruelty, unpredictability and ego very contemptable, and barely tolerate his presence. Taking capriciousness to an extreme, others find it difficult to gauge what mood he's in ... and whether or not he'll stay that way. Known to go from cheerful and outgoing to savagely violent in an alarmingly short amount of time, the only people that normally escape the destructive aspect of his mood swings are his siblings. Normally. He has no remorse for harming others; loves freezing friends and foes alike solid with his Freeze Cracker, then beating them while they are stunned. He can also use his weapon to layer surfaces in ice, making them treacherous to step on. Unlike other cold-bots, he isn't weakened by fire or heat weapons. His insistance on getting up close and brutal makes a shield weapon an effective attack.
Background
Freeze Man was created into the Robot Master faction by Dr. Wily, part of his Eta division of minions. One part of Freeze Man's programming is slightly flawed and will always seperate him from some of the more humane Robot Masters. Freeze has no sense of remorse, no pity and no regret. He could not choose to have these feelings even if he wanted to because the capability is simply not there. After many, many failed attempts to defeat Rock, Dr. Wily almost had it right with Freeze Man. He created a strong, violent robot with many abilities that are well suited to the defeat of others. Freeze Man's personality left something to be desired, he has the tendacy to fly off at the handle, at random with complete disregard for orders and situation. He's the kind of guy that could laugh at the funeral of a dear friend, feel no remorse for it, and then wonder what is wrong with everyone else and why they're acting so hostile at the burial site of the dearly departed. Simple orders like kill or destroy are perfect for Freeze Man who actually enjoys these activites for the most part except for the times that apathetic Freeze Man makes an appearance and doesn't want to do anything except for talk about how good he is. Throughout Freeze Man's history he has amassed one of the greatest reputations for violence, but also one of the worst reputations for randomness. He is an enigma without depth, that is simply a whirlwind of cruelty, apathy and general ill will towards friend and foe. Half of what you hear about Freeze Man comes from his own exaggerated accounts of his exploits and the other half may or may not be accurate accountings of what happened.
