Profile

Usually polite and chivalrous, Felix is a battle-hardened, gentle-hearted Reploid. His unusual name was given to him by Dr.Capela, as his original name was only an indication of his model, called HDR-001. With his laser sword, the White Sword, he stands in the frontline of the battle against Mavericks, having a habit of covering the field medics from the Mavericks while they help wounded Hunters. Originally working in a lab, he left that life when a Maverick attacked it, making Felix battle against him, allowing the Humans to escape. He left in pursue of the Mavericks, aiding the Hunters when they crossed his path. Eventually he was invited to join, after driving away a squad of Mavericks that managed to ambush some Hunters. Although he is not as skilled as Zero in swordplay, he can be a dangerous opponent in the battlefield, and many enemies fear his blade in battle.

Background

Felix was designed to be a battle reploid, but the company that built him closed, and he was left incomplete. His body was bought by a portuguese lab, and he was rebuilt by Dr. Capela, the chief. Since his blueprints were destroyed in a fire, his original weaponry is unknown. To fix this problem, he was built with the objective of being a Land/Space working robot, although he kept his knight-like appearance. He worked in space, turning out to be one of the creators of the Gravitron-Engine project, which helped the space colonies around the Earth, reducing their fuel usages, as the engine created gravity and mantained a stable orbit around the Earth, allowing for a effective way of saving space there. Later, when a Maverick attacked the lab, his battle routines, inserted before the company closed, began working, and eventually he was able to emerge victorious from the battle against the attacker. This was the turning point in his life, as he realized that he could have a role in the world's fate. Capela then built a weapon for Felix, called "White Sword". This was a sword with a long, white laser blade. Long-range weaponry was not created because of his lack of skills in that field, except a small handgun. He joined Maverick Hunters just because he helped them in many situations, proving his reliabillity as a cover unit, and providing backup to an ambushed party of Hunters. He only wants the end of war, to allow him to fully concentrate on his next project, kept in the depths of his and Capela's mind. The only clue that they gave to the world is that it would be a giant's leap in land vehicles.
