Dr. Leonard Regal is a name well known among psychiatrist circles. To his patients, he is said to be a kind man willing to lend an ear to their troubles and help their fears be overcome... and forgotten. His sinister appearance is a much better gauge of his true specialty: keeping things under wraps at any cost. A master of techniques in memory erasure, he is also one of the world's leading experts in networking for the sake of keeping sensitive materials off of the greatest information resource and archive ever devised - the internet. To the conspiracy theorists, it came as no surprise that he was hired as part of the resurrected Umbrella corporation. A highly analytical man almost devoid of emotion when not tending to his patients, Dr. Regal takes a nearly perverse pleasure in keeping everybody content with their lives, no matter what has happened to or around them. If they aren't? They will be. Behind the monocle and unreadable facial expressions is a man who has seen far more than what would have destroyed the minds of many others, but his lips remain sealed on just /what/ they are.
