Dex Ogreon is a troubled youth who has used his superior size and strength most of his life to achieve dominance. A classic bully, Dex would probably be destined to get nowhere in life except for two things: Dex is the reigning Wilymon champion of the world, and he has developed a knack for white collar internet crime by necessity. While he tries to avoid being connected with his hacking misadventures, Dex's Wilymon wins have given him a perverse sort of celebrity. Through sheer brute force, Dex has established a three-year dynasty of worldwide wins in Wilymon tournaments, earning cash and prizes to support his family. A savant with gaming systems, Dex eschews grand strategy and focuses on finding the ways to bludgeon his foes to death with his incredibly broken, unbalanced deck. Attempts to change Wilymon tournament rules to stop the seemingly unstoppable Dex only seem to make him stronger. His tournament playing allows his family to follow the Robot Masters around the world like fans of the Grateful Dead so to live under his benevolent rule. As a result, Dex has lived in Africa, Japan and uberGermany (France) during the various Robot Master occupations. He looks forward to Wily once again conquering a large land mass so he can live there, and hopefully one with a lot of burger shacks. Dex has been brought up to believe Dr. Wily is the best choice for a world gone mad. His Wilymon battles have gradually an evangelical aspect to them to spread the word about Wily's awesomeness. Aside from Dr. Wily, Dex's idol is the almighty Guts Man, who he emulates through his deadly internet avatar, GutsMan.EXE.
