Profile
Cut Man is the world's unluckiest android. If something falls, it seems to mysteriously fall towards him. If a bomb goes off, it's always when he's holding it. Something about him attracts bad luck to himself and anyone around him. Luckily for him, his design is mostly modular and simple enough to be easily repaired. He's a nervous robot, and has a somewhat fatalistic view of the odds the Universe tends to place against him. Not that he doesn't try and avoid the knocks that he sees coming. A logging robot design before he was reprogrammed by Dr. Wily, he uses the Rolling Cutter, a blade mounted on his head that can be removed and thrown like a boomerang. He also knows a variety of martial arts moves. Cut Man's bad luck can be either a hindrance OR a help in battle, since it seems to effect both his comrades AND his enemies. He is not very strong or tough, but has good aim and quick reflexes.
