Dr. "Crazy" Yoshi Yamaguchi, the Price Assassin, is the infamous owner of Crazy Yoshi's Discount Weapons of Mass Destruction, based in Neo Tokyo. An early member of the Repliforce project, specialising in robolinguistics, Yoshi has since turned to more profitable pursuits. Yoshi will sell anything he can find or build to anyone with the cash to buy, hero or villain. Born into a very old Japanese crime family, Yoshi has been with the syndicate his whole life, and even built some of the Shadow Hunters. He is said to be a tattoo cyborg, for certain... many other acquaintances believe he may be a Strider, trained in the ancient arts by the best-selling 'Idiot's Guide to Stridering'. Yoshi is now a member of the League of >:(, lured into their band of villainy by promises of evil profits to be made.

- Crazy Yoshi will peddle just about anything he can think of on the radio, frequently on the spot as an opportunity presents itself in conversation.
- Among the things Crazy Yoshi has sold are gravity generators (rated for 1G at sea level), duct-tape Ciphers (easily repaired, at least), DENPA RADIATION clean up kits (in spite of the fact that DENPA RADIATION was a figment of his imagination at the time), and Level Nine Inefficient Area weapons. Literally.
- Crazy Yoshi has been known to crack faction channels purely so he can advertise his wares, garnering himself much verbal abuse but also frequently interest in his latest bargains.
- Yoshi's karmic equivalent online - Netdealer - is a perfect complement to him, a completely neutral profiteer who sells battlechips to practically anyone. He has also openly offered his services in the midst of Netbattles, leading to occasional bidding wars over his next action in a fight.
