Profile
Chief R has been in civil service for his entire existence. He began his life as a staff officer in the Repliforce before being transferred within the United Nations to attempt to repair the floundering Interpol organization. He did what was regarded as a thankless, hopeless job for as long as he could before the organization was finally gutted and reconstructed anew. He returned to Repliforce to take a role in the STARS organization, where he found much greater success. Chief R is surprisingly upbeat and pleasant considering his lengthy and often difficult duty record; friendly, upbeat, optimistic, yet professional in demeanour. Chief R is thought of as the moral compass of STARS. No matter how the world degrades in the eyes of many others in the same field, Chief R doesn't let his attitude or judgement darken along with it. Possessed of incredible patience, some believe that Chief R is too soft for his own good; they have generally not seen that patience run out. Though not especially built for combat, he's more than a glorified bureaucrat. He is just as capable as many of his colleagues when tensions run high, and few can question his mastery of paperwork. The mechanical parrot on his shoulder is a thing of much speculation and urban legend, despite appearing as little more than a shoulder decoration.
