Building - the creation of rooms, exits, and objects - is fairly restricted at M3 to prevent database bloat. The creation of rooms and exits is restricted to administrators only; please ask an administrator if you have an idea for a contribution to the IC grid.

Players can create objects, which can be used as temporary rooms, props, or coded puppets, up to a maximum of five per player. Monitoring objects may be used ICly if they are very clearly labelled in their descriptions; use of unlabelled monitoring objects, or the use of objects for other purposes, is a very serious offense and can be grounds for immediate firing.
