Profile

Albert Wesker: scientist, mercenary, and now a captain of industry. From his beginnings as a ruthless but brilliant germ warfare specialist, to his rapid rise through the S.T.A.R.S. special ops team, to his (some say bloody) rise through the shattered Umbrella Corporation to restore order after the UN gutted it, Albert Wesker epitomizes determination and grit. Having been cleared of wrong-doing in the Raccoon City incident by classified deals with the governments involved, Albert Wesker is positioned to lead Umbrella into the future. However, some things don't change: the shades, the preparedness, the ruthless military skills... or the rumors of evil acts within Umbrella.

Background

The Early Years

2179 - 2193:

October 13th, 2179, the Weskers give birth to a baby boy. They choose Albert as his given name.

October 17th, 2179, with Albert home, the Weskers begin his education early as they paint his room in bright colors, play classical music in the background and force him to listen to multilingual tapes consisting of English, French and Spanish. Wesker’s first diet consists of breast milk and pureed ‘brain’ food.

August, 2182, Wesker is registered for pre-school. He already shows signs of being trilingual.

August, 2184, the Weskers register their son Albert for Judo classes at the age of 4.

September, 2184, the Weskers who have no faith in the public school system send their son Wesker to a private school. They ask his teachers to continuously challenge Albert, even if it means giving him extra homework day in and day out.

June 2190, a 10 year old Wesker graduates from his private school. He is then registered for a private academy. Having shown that he’s mastered English, French and Spanish, his parents ask his teachers to teach him Portuguese, German and Russian.

September 2190, a 10 year old Wesker is teased by his much older classmates, a bully who has a 65lbs advantage begins to pick on Wesker. The large bully decides to try and push Wesker around, only to end up on the receiving end of a Judo throw. A fight breaks out and the bully is unable to touch Wesker who continuously deflects all of the bully's punches. The fight is eventually broken up and Wesker receives a 3 day suspension. Upon his return, no one dares try to bully him. Wesker is obviously the king of the playground at such a young age.

Scientist in Training

2194 - 2198:

June, 2194, a 14 year old Albert Wesker completes his high school level courses at the private academy. He is offered various scholarships from schools all over the world. Wesker’s IQ tests are through the roof; he takes an official MENSA test and passes before starting college.

September, 2194, a 14 year old Albert Wesker begins college at UCSD; to celebrate his new found freedom, he purchases a pair of large pilot type sunglasses, from that day on, Wesker is almost never seen without a pair of sunglasses. While in college, Wesker pursues a major in biotechnology and a minor in business administration. He continues to expand his linguistic abilities by taking Japanese and Cantonese classes.

October, 2194, a 15 year old Wesker joins the Judo club in college. He also takes several after school classes; including karate, taekwondo and during the winter he even participates in the biathlon.

October, 2194, Wesker befriends William Wiggin. The two study and spar together on a regular basis, Wiggin is the closest thing to a friend Wesker will ever have.

September, 2196, Dr. James Marcus notices the potential within Wesker who is already conducting graduate work for the UCSA. Marcus approaches the young man and offers him an apprenticeship.

October 30, 2197, a tragic laboratory accident at Umbrella's Arklay Mountains facility in upstate New York claims the life of Wesker’s mentor, Dr. James Marcus.

May 2198, Wesker graduates with top honours. He and Wiggin go their separate ways.

June 2198, Wesker is hired by Umbrella full time at the age of 18. He is sent to their Management Training Facility for a year. Wesker also requests access to the Rockfort Island Facility where he spends many nights and weekends training his combat skills, it is quite obvious to those at the facility that Wesker is in a class all of his own. Wesker also decides to learn Swahili while employed by Umbrella.

The Alexia Ashford Years

2199 - 2209:

July 2199, Wesker is transferred to the Arklay Laboratory where he begins his research on the T-Virus.

November, 2204, Wesker uses two weeks of vacation time to engage in a yearly expedition, that year he chooses southeastern Asia as his destination. While overseas he encounters William Wiggin who is hunting for a man they both know. Wesker joins Wiggin on his quest, together the two make short work of the man and his guards, and the two split the spoils gotten from this little venture. During this trip, Wesker meets Matic. A photo is taken of the trio that is then given to Wiggin.

December, 2204, Wesker resumes his research as a germ warfare specialist, he makes several discoveries that are pertinent to the corporation’s goal, naturally his work is not published.

October 13, 2207, Dr. Marcus’ long time friend, Lord Ozwell Edward Spencer, disappears in a freak teleporter accident. Wesker quietly celebrates his 28th birthday.

May, 2208, Wesker makes a major breakthrough on the T-Virus research. They achieve something they refer to as stage three thanks to his work. Thanks to stage three, the research is now in its final stage and Alexia Ashford begins to plan for the future.

February, 2209, Wesker is sent on a dangerous mission along with members of the U.S.S. in African territory. His different abilities and skills are put to good use on this still classified mission. Wesker would meet several people of interest while in Africa.

2210 - 2213:

October, 2211, Alexia Ashford decides that it’s time to put the final phase of her plan into motion. She informs Wesker that his services in the laboratory will not be required for a few years. Umbrella, with its many connections falsifies documents for Wesker, creating a new background for him. The documents are transfer papers to the Raccoon City P.D., once there; Wesker joins their S.T.A.R.S. unit, he eventually becomes their unit captain and team leader of the Alpha Team.

Wesker plays an important part in choosing the members of the Alpha & Bravo Teams. Once Wesker is part of the unit, he rarely leaves Raccoon City. He spends most of his time training and perfecting his SWAT tactics, as well as learning other skills. Whenever Wesker has any time off, he sneaks off to the Arklay Laboratories under the cover of darkness to report to his superiors.

2214:

October 31st, 2214, after years of careful planning on the part of Alexia Ashford, the T-Virus is released upon Raccoon City along with a Nemesis and Nosferatu.

The world becomes aware of S.T.A.R.S. as the unit is deployed to combat infected citizens and the rampaging monsters. Little does S.T.A.R.S. know that its leader Albert Wesker is actually a double agent for the Umbrella Corporation, he is in fact what one would consider in the present day Umbrella as a squad supervisor.

Wesker has an instrumental part in causing the collapse of his unit by leading them to the Arklay mansion where several of his squad mates meet their demise. Once inside the mansion, Wesker is separated from the surviving members of his unit. Wesker kills Enrico Mancini as the honest squad mate discovers who is responsible for the outbreak.

Wesker eventually makes his motives known to the likes of Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine as they manage to survive the atrocities within the mansion. Once Wesker has been revealed as an enemy, it becomes open season on him. Outnumbered, Wesker is seriously injured and left behind to die.

At the conclusion of the Raccoon City incident, it was believed that both Alexia Ashford and Albert Wesker had been killed. However, Wesker had been a guinea pig of sorts, as a mysterious virus had been injected within his body. It was only by dying could it properly carry out its purpose, mutating him into something more than a man. The virus resurrected him before General could sterilize Raccoon City with his Apocalypse Canon, giving him the time that he needed to escape with his life.

Rise to Power

2215 – to mid 2218:

Believed by most to have died during the Raccoon City incident, Wesker’s existence is made known to a select few prosecutors. He cuts a deal that provides him with immunity from prosecution in exchange for information on certain individuals within the organization. With this deal being brokered, Wesker quickly rises through the ranks of Umbrella, attaining the title of CEO. As Umbrella’s newest CEO, Wesker orders that many of its products be hidden away from the United Nations’ prying eyes.

Years of lawsuits and inquests finally take its toll on Umbrella and with many of its original members now behind bars, missing or employed by competitors, Wesker begins his quest to recruit new personnel as he travels the world.

Wesker ends up promoting and hiring four key individuals, Dr. Regal, Dr. Weil, Timothy Caine and William Wiggin. With the help of those men, Umbrella, much like the zombies it has created in the past, rises from the dead, returning to the land of the living once more.

The United Nations eventually collapses; Wesker deems it now safe to continue research on some of its deadliest projects.

Late 2218:

A monster is unleashed in the remains of El Paso; the world quickly realizes that even under new management, Umbrella continues to conduct monstrous experiments. It is also at this time that Umbrella formally aligns itself with Neo Arcadia, this move causes much controversy throughout the world. Despite its alliance, Umbrella continues to sell its products to the different nations of the world; the WTO foregoes sanctioning the corporation.

2219:

Once allied with Neo Arcadia, Wesker begins to work on several long term projects. Wesker proves to be as much of an asset on the battlefield as he does off of it for the Arcadians.

August 2219, Wesker disappears from Umbrella just as the Genocide Virus and Omega are unleashed. During this time, Wesker administers the T-Virus to a tree farm in Vermont over several weeks. He also spends this time recruiting more employees for Umbrella and makes contact with Umbrella agents that no one within the organization is aware of.

September 22nd, 2219, upon his return to Umbrella, Wesker learns of Dr. Weil’s betrayal. He orders his troops to shoot him on sight should the doctor step foot on Umbrella property.

Wesker eventually meets up with Dr. Weil, he has him sign non-disclosure agreements and lifts the ban of shooting him on sight as long as the good doctor is employed with Neo Arcadia.

Wesker seeks Dynamo in Kansas City, he enters the Thunderclap Bar and slips the bounty hunter a large wad of cash to kill Solo.

October 13th, 2219, one of Wesker’s projects is unleashed on purpose in New Jersey. The experiment dubbed the Bella Sisters wreaks havoc in the country side. Under ideal condition, the sisters amass a body count of 20+ friends and foes. Among the dead there includes numerous police officers, a large family and various Umbrella agents. This field test is an excellent birthday gift for Wesker.

The experiment eventually comes to an end after one of the sisters is killed by Chris Redfield and the other is restrained by Humphrey Wilkinson. Wesker makes his presence known to Chris at the end of this little experiment telling him to watch his back.

October 27-28, 2219, the Willamette Incident happens and it is revealed to the world that Alexia Ashford is still alive, or at least, something claiming to be her is alive. After she is killed for a second time, her body goes missing. A sample of the virus is retrieved from ants; Wesker dubs it the T-Alexia strain. Upon the discovery of a logo embedded in the virus, Wesker begins to search for answers on the incident. All of his leads end up as dead ends, yet he remains vigilant that Alexia Ashford and the organization that uses the mysterious logo will once again rear their ugly heads.

November 2219, Wesker infiltrates a small company that specializes in hive like artificial intelligence. While inside the building, he purposely trips the alarm in hopes that S.T.A.R.S. might be deployed to investigate. Instead, Chaud shows up, the two battle while information is downloaded to a flash drive. Once the information has downloaded, Wesker informs Chaud that he’s rigged the place with explosives. The CEO runs away and detonates the explosives, destroying the building and the company in the process.

Wesker and several members of Neo Arcadia are sucked into an alternate dimension; they meet up with several alternate Arcadian counterparts and are finally introduced to Copy X. They eventually escape that dimension and return to earth. Wesker tries to contact the American government to sell them weapons against this new threat, before any deal can be brokered, the rip through space and time is closed.

Early December, 2219, Willard’s Tree Farm in Vermont becomes the site of a gruesome experiment. Staff, patrons and officers disappear over the span of two days. An APB is issued by the police, Chaud and Mercurial Mongoose investigate, only to discover a tree farm of horrors. Giant mutated pine trees have killed those that have ventured too deeply into the forest. The experiment is put to an end by Wesker after ordering 3 stealth choppers to napalm the entire area.

As the woods burn down, there is no trace left of the mutant trees. The forest fire is blamed for the deaths of those who went missing over the period of 2 days. Wesker uses this tragedy to sell ‘Charity Trees’ all over the world, he sells out of this product and as promised, donates and doubles the profits to the surviving members of the incident. With this act of charity, Umbrella is viewed as a little less evil by the general public.

With an increase in Umbrella activity, Red and Shield Shellfish decide to perform an investigation of their own. Knowing that at one time, there was an Umbrella building in El Paso, they begin to snoop around the city's rubble. Wesker, aware of their presence observes their activity through hidden drone cameras that are flying high above the area.

The duo gains access to the sewer systems and after battling mutated creatures of all kind, they find a door to Umbrella’s underground garbage disposal room. Once inside, they find a large mutated crocodile with a hunger for metal; they end up killing it but with security members throwing grenades down the garbage chute, the duo is forced to retreat. Wesker issues an order to move all sensitive information away from the complex as he expects a second assault to happen in the near future.

Mid December, 2219, Wesker hands out the annual bonuses. He also begins to plan for the eventual return of Repliforce to his hidden base; he has his employees perform various criminal acts for this plan.

Late December, 2219, Wesker engages in several raids with the Arcadians. With the faction suffering loss after loss, Wesker calculates that aiding them will preserve their alliance for the future.

Wesker intercepts a distress signal from Dr. Regal after Blues infiltrates the doctor’s house. Wesker grabs an old S.T.A.R.S. uniform and several disguised U.S.S. agents, together they quickly come to Regal’s aid. The CEO, while in his disguise, battles the Hunter and never lets up with the act. Wesker is seriously burnt by one of Blues’ attacks as the fight comes to an end.

Enraged by the whole incident, Wesker puts a hit out on the Hunter for the sum of a million zennies through an identity known only as CR&P. Wesker also has Regal upload a phony report to the GNN website about the incident.

The Future

2220:

January, 2220, Neo Arcadia is betrayed by Dr. Weil and collapses. Now that the Umbrella deserter is no longer allied with the Arcadians, Wesker seeks Dynamo once more and informs him of Weil’s location. He contracts the bounty hunter to kill the rogue doctor.

With Neo Arcadia no more, Wesker desires to slowly take over the remnants. He begins to recruit from within the organization, offering new identities and new powers to those that would join Umbrella. He also dangles money in front of the faction in hopes that they will ally themselves with him.

A few days before Battle & Chase, Wesker is part of an assault team against the S.T.A.R.S. HQ. It so happens that by coincidence, Umbra Phantom is being kept within. Wesker manages to infiltrate the base thanks to his stolen uniform. Once inside he shoves a grenade down a mechanical dog’s throat and thrust punches a mustachioed man. With word that Umbra is within the building, Wesker cuts his visit short after planting explosives against a wall. The explosives detonate and cause a fair amount of damage, but they are not powerful enough to bring down the base.

Battle & Chase 2220:

Dodgeball:

Round 1: The team of Albert Wesker, Sage Harpuia and Umbra Phantom are set to face off against a team of Frost Man, Plant Man and Tengu Man. The Arcadian team is missing one player at the start of the match; Humphrey Wilkinson replaces Umbra. The team goes on to win the match without losing a single member.

Round 2: The team of Albert Wesker, Sage Harpuia and Umbra Phantom face off against a team of General, Riot and Shield Shellfish. Wesker and his companions lose their match, Wesker manages to eliminate General but is then eliminated by Riot.

Battlebots:

Round 1: Wesker faces off against Teisel Bonne, he unveils his battlebot named UPAD01. The name is actually an acronym for the Umbrella Prototype Assault Drone 01. Wesker’s bug like battlebot defeats the Super Kobun Hero Class.

Round 2: Wesker faces off against Dr. Weil. Wesker's UPAD01 is seriously damaged by Weil's Ronin Rabbit and is then finished off by a bumper hazard. The drone explodes into pieces, looks like it's back to the drawing board.

Soccer:

The soccer team that Wesker is a part of loses against the Irregulars in a shootout.

February 2nd and 3rd, 2220, Wesker orders his men to abandon and destroy Timothy Caine's colony of New Eden when it comes under attack by Maverick forces. As the place begins to burn down, Umbrella agents set explosive devices throughout the area. They blame the colony's destruction on the terrorist attack.

February 12th, 2220, Wesker has been aware of Jill Valentine's presence at one of their front companies in South America for quite some time now. He orders a Nemesis to play a deadly game of cat and mouse with her. Unfortunately for Wesker, Jill manages to destroy the Nemesis and then escapes the facility with the aid of Red. Before the duo escapes, Wesker lets it slip that he has business to attend to in New Eden as he orders the facility's destruction.

February 16th to the 22nd, 2220, Wesker spends most of the week investigating a few leads that might be of interest for Umbrella, most of his leads end up as dead ends, but a few of them show promise. He begins to prepare for a follow up investigation in the near future.

February 24th, 2220, Wesker leads a large group of Umbrella employess to the Congo, once there; they assault a maximum security prison for war criminals in the middle of the Congo swamps. The group manages to free 43 war criminals, 40 men and 3 women, which are recruited for U.B.C.S. duty. Umbrella does suffer some casualties in the assault, but the addition of new soldiers far outweighs their losses.

March 3rd, 2220, Wesker leads a small group of employees to Turku, Finland. Their mission is to destroy a corporate office to one of its competitors, Bio-Ethics. The group meets minimal resistance in the form of Clock Man and Tornado Onion, the two are dealt with relative ease. With the explosives planted, Wesker calls a retreat, then detonates the charges, reducing the building to rubble.

March 10th - 11th, 2220, Wesker leads a small group of employees to an old Umbrella facility that is supposed to be abandoned. Upon their arrival, they discover a corpse near the security desk; further investigation also yields a room with strange chemical spills. Modifications have also been made to the building; new lower levels have secretly been built. A stunning discovery is made in these new lower levels as the group comes upon a room filled with hundreds of near brain dead cows. In essence, the building is home to cow zombies.

A mysterious voice then greeted Wesker, and after a brief exchange of words, Wesker orders his men to shoot one of the cows, with Hans Shultz being more than happy to oblige. The mystery man proceeds to cut off all communications, and then activates a mechanism that opened the grate floor underneath them. The attempt to drop the few remaining Umbrella employees into the cow pens down below fails.

The cows show an aggressive behavior as they try to eat the cow injured by Hans. Monolith was then ordered to retrieve the injured animal before it could be devoured. The troops were ordered to head back up to the higher levels but were fired on by the mystery man. Hans and HUNK give chase, but are unable to stop him. A large kraken like creature then came to the aid of the man, forcing Umbrella to concentrate their firepower on it while the man slipped away. Wesker activates the self-destruct mechanism inside the facility once everyone has evacuated the area and they have the injured animal secured on board the helicopter. Wesker meets up with the evacuation team with plenty of time to spare as the island is destroyed and sinks to the bottom of the sea. Watching the island sink, Wesker could only begin his search for the mystery man.

Spring 2220

Though the island was destroyed, Wesker orders his retrieval teams to dredge its bottom for any electronic equipment that may have survived the explosion. The team successfully retrieves several pieces of equipment, which are then sent to Dr. Regal’s attention for data recovery.

While Regal busies himself with the soggy equipment, Wesker orders his men to find the mystery man, who turns out to be Alfred Ashford. The U.B.C.S. begin to scour all known Umbrella facilities, sweeping through them one at a time.

Scientists, under Wesker’s watch also begin to conduct research on the dead cow and discover that it is infected with what appears to be a precursor to the virus that was unleashed in Willamette.

As progress continued on the aftermath of the island incident, Wesker took interest in the temporal disturbances from the alternate dimensions. A portal to one of those alternate dimensions appeared one night, and deciding to inspect this closely, Wesker sneaked through amid the heavy security.

Once in the alternate dimension, Wesker caused a bit of a commotion as he sneaked into a store and stole some clothes that would aid him in blending in among the natives of this world. Once incognito, Wesker met up with that world’s Dr. James Marcus. An arrangement to exchange technologies from both was arranged. Wesker would provide him with a sample of the T-Virus, and in return, he would provide him with their version of Reaver technology.

The trade was eventually interrupted by Protoman who killed Marcus, while Wesker himself fled back to his world with his own technology. The journey to this world was not without merit as he looked up the names of people who had been working for the alternate Umbrella. Once back in his world, he tracked down those men, only to find out they were in an incident during their college days involving a taped incident with a woman named Madeline Stafford. The tape had found its way onto the internet during their college days, only to be completed deleted off the internet later on.

Wesker had reason to believe those men were involved in another case he was investigating, but as it turned out, it was a complete coincidence. One such case that he had been investigating involved a data theft from the Lenz Clinic. With the Clinic being one of Umbrella’s customers, Wesker thought it would be prudent to lend a helping hand and discover what was really going on.

Summer 2220

This investigation would lead him into contact with a trio of Neo-Nazis, where he would learn more about Black SHIELD before the Chinese Revolution. The Nazis believe that they are the ones responsible for the break in at the Lenz Clinic. The topic would then veer off to the Illuminati, suspecting how they are always stealing the world’s treasures and relics and storing them away for their own needs. Before going their separate ways, Wesker would tell the Neo-Nazis that if they need anything, to contact him.

Days before this encounter with the trio of Neo-Nazis, Wesker would meet up with his old friend William Wiggin for what would be the very last time. This had been a meeting for information regarding Alexia’s whereabouts. Wiggin would not fail him as he would come through with some paperwork, laden with various details of her schemes and her probable location.

With information in hand, Wesker set out on a mission to destroy Alexia, who had been using his facilities, killing his employees and stealing from him. The intention to kill her was not so much about personal revenge, as it was about business. For as long as Alexia lived, Wesker knew Umbrella could never regain its dominance upon the stock market. With each new act of terror that she would unleash; it would only cause problems for the CEO and his company.

Wesker was not the only one who had been tipped off about her whereabouts as a group of heroes were also there to stop her. The battle lasted for a few hours, but in the end, they would fail and he would retreat back to the safety of his office, cursing Alexia under his breath once more.

Wesker would turn his attention back on the data that had been recovered by Dr. Regal from the soggy computers, as well as the progress that had been made on the virus they had retrieve. He had notice that their work was coming along nicely, but it would still take more time if he were to understand the virus and shape it to fit his own dark desires.

Wesker would also sell the Monolith to Daryn as a gift for Dr. Regal for 10 million Zennies. Though a fairly violent and successful monster on the battlefield, Wesker felt the decision to sell him was right as his hat fetish and somewhat childlike intellect could prove to be disastrous at time.

Having remembered the words of the Nazis, Wesker’s attention was piqued when it was mentioned in the news that the Spear of Destiny had been donated back to the Vatican. This would be an item that he could covet and use to get himself among the Illuminati, or Black SHIELD. Not long after that, word of a painting that would be coveted by the Neo Nazis had also reached his ears. He now had two chances to steal items of worth that could get him into a position of power. It would only take a bit of time to know when and where they would be displayed before he would strike at them.

While his men sought information about the objects, Wesker would receive an invitation from Jack Krauser to meet with him. The two met in a bar to discuss an alliance, one where he would join the ranks of Jack’s legion. They would join up with Dr. Weil’s forces and aid them. Wesker had been brought in as a supplier, but would only accept payment for his products from Weil himself.

Within a week of this alliance, Wesker would contact Ada Wong to join the Resistance after Leon Kennedy had denied him entry. Wesker would adopt the name of Agent S for this little term as a double agent and provide them with information whenever he could.

The first such act came when Weil had wanted to steal the Spear of Destiny, an item that Wesker wanted himself. If it did indeed contain mystical powers, he did not want it to fall into Weil’s hands and for the first time, he would supply the Resistance with useful information. They would prove to be successful in protecting the Spear. Suspicions grew after the tip-off, but no one seemed to be suspecting Wesker just yet.

While laying low and waiting for things to die down, Wesker participated in a break-in to steal a painting featuring Adolph Hitler. He was not the only one who had showed up for this and by the time he had gotten inside the museum, it had already been lifted and stolen by someone else. Not wanting to have wasted his time for nothing, he did lift a few smaller items from an exhibit.

At summer’s end, Wesker’s projects wear starting to bear fruit. The various virus samples he had recovered over the last 6 months had been put to good use creating a hardier zombie. A vaccine that worked up to 50% of the time against the Willamette strain had also successfully been created. Finally, Wesker was starting to understand how to send living organisms into subspace and have them come back alive, though minus their sanity.

Fall 2220

Needing to show his Arcadian pride, Wesker joined their Murderball team. Along with the other Arcadians, Wesker bested the Mavericks at their own game.

A second raid of importance had been organized and Wesker once again warned the Resistance. This tip-off would rattle the Neo Arcadians once more, but Wesker had still not been been blamed. In fact, he had participated in the raid itself and had faced off against Crescent Grizzly, where he had seriously injured the Reploid with his bare hands, but did not choose to kill him.

Wesker would have waited longer to inform the Resistance of further plots, but Weil’s ambitions grew and Wesker knew he had to spread the word about the plans they had regarding Eurasia and a possible space craft. He knew this would cause even more of a disturbance than before, but Wesker did not care. If he could put a kink in Weil’s plan, it would bring a smile to his face.

Once again, he waited between tip-offs and while doing so, ventured off into to San Miguel as a dome of blackness covered it. He joined other curious on-lookers and the time hopping travelers of Accel, Django and Sabata to defeat the evil within. Wesker had only come along in hopes of seeing the Jailer. Once inside, he aided the others as best he could, but once he had his hands on an otherworldly beast, a cockatrice to be exact, Wesker fled.

A few days after the incident in San Miguel, Wesker would set out with a group of Arcadians to break out Sage Harpuia who had been captured once again. Wesker would face off against Storm Owl and much like Crescent, beat him mostly with his bare hands. His attempts to best the Hunter Alia were not met with success and instead of risking his neck any longer, fled before Sage and Hibou managed to break out of their cells.

This break-out was just around the time The Professor arrived within the walls of Elysium. Wesker, like the others around him, would only hear murmurs of a new arrival with his red-eyed servants. The rumors would soon follow that he had gone within the HIVE, only to return without any scratches. This news would worry Wesker greatly, for anyone who could freely wander into and out of the HIVE, would be a person with extraordinary powers or a hold over others.

Once more, Wesker informed the Resistance about the new developments and in the coming days, he would receive word of another raid, this time against one of the Resistance’s weapons cache. The way the information had been handed to him, along with the strong silence regarding the upcoming raid greatly worried Wesker. Had they finally suspected him?

Having played the game of double agent before, Wesker knew this could potentially be the end. He met in person with Cinnamon and Chroma Bee while disguised as Agent S, handing them over a map of Elysium. Though not accurate and lacking details of the more secure areas, Wesker thought it may come in handy to the Resistance should his cover soon be blown.

As it turned out, Weil had indeed set up Wesker, but, anticipating this move, Wesker had one last mission to carry out. As Weil accused Wesker of being a traitor, four zombies disguised as Pantheons began to spread various viruses around the city. Wesker was still bitter over the way Weil had left Umbrella and the attempt at infecting his city was his way of making things even once more.
